How to apply for Kathy Guimond Support Services Programs

Empowering Lives

Criteria and Process:

  • Child or parent must have a Status Number.
  • Connect with Kathy Guimond Support Services.
  • In-home Initial assessment is completed.
  • Paperwork signed and sent in for funding.
  • Upon approval, introduce worker to child(ren).
  • Programs begin and reassessed every six (6) months.
  • Program funding is fiscal year.
